If pictures are worth a thousand words, and words are powerful still, I wonder what a graphic designer could really do when he fully blends the two?

Diego Buller is studying Graphic Design at ArtCenter College of Design, exploring the sculptural qualities of print.
As a young boy he was first attracted to automotive design, fascinated by the sculptural quality of cars, filling sketchbook after sketchbook with sports car designs. From a young age, aspiring to eventually have a car company, he first ventured into graphic design designing logos and artwork for his imagined car company. In parallel, always spending freetime outdoors, he discovered landscape photography. Editing photos turned into digital art, and digital art led to designing layouts for his secondary school yearbook. He rose to the position of chief design editor in his freshman year of high school designing the visual theme and overseeing that the visual theme is maintained throughout production. He also functioned like a creative director, helping conceptualize each year’s themes. After graduating high school in 2014, he decided to study graphic design at Moorpark Community College. Shortly after taking his first class in graphic design, in 2015 he began designing Moorpark Review, the campus literary magazine. He continues to design the magazine every year. In 2017 he transferred to ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena with scholarship to continue pursuing graphic design. He expects to graduate in 2021. Diego was featured in Graphic Design USA Magazine’s 2018 Students To Watch.
